English Language Teachers Required

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, motivated and reliable teachers to join our growing team of academic professionals on a long-term basis.
Main Duties / Responsibilities:
Prepare quality lessons which cater for learners needs
Provide a weekly lesson plan for each class taught in the school
Begin all classes on time
Be familiar with the syllabus and curriculum for the duration of the course of study
Engage learners in the class with the task at hand
Liaise with the academic team concerning issues in the classroom affecting
teaching and learning
Provide language practice for learners in a learner-centered classroom
Maintain and develop a professional interest of learning in the classroom
Actively participate as a member of the teaching team
Carry out administrative tasks such as keeping class registers, preparing lesson plans
Mark internal assessment materials/ progress tests
Attend and participate in meetings as they are scheduled
Participate in and attend any associated training and development (CPD) sessions
Be available for covering/deputy work in the event that a colleague cannot be present for
teaching
Qualifications:
Honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
Cert TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent
Experience:
Relevant Experience of EFL teaching
Eligibility to work in Ireland
Skills and Ability:
Awareness of a range of EFL methodologies and a flexible, innovative approach to teaching
Strategies for effective classroom management of adult learners
Commitment to student-centred learning
Willingness to use a variety of teaching strategies to engage all students
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Administrative precision and successful record of working to deadlines
Proven ability to work both on own initiative and as part of a team
Ability to use IT and relevant software packages in the support of teaching and learning
Flexibility, adaptability and ability to cope with changing priorities

Other Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and multi-task
