Centre Manager for UCD ELA
Reporting to the Director of Operations the Center Manager will manage the operations, student experience and administration of the English Language Academy. The role is responsible for managing a team of people, including activity staff and liaising with campus management and external vendors.
This will include assisting with the development and administration of efficient procedures to ensure a
high level of service while growing the team in an international environment with direct contact with a large multicultural client base. Customers are at the heart of everything we do as a business, as Center Manager your role is focused on our students, ensuring we provide a positive student experience.
Experience in a similar role in the EFL industry required
Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work, develop work plans and meet deadlines
High level of Excel skills. At ease using a variety of different platforms (LMS, CRM, G-Suite etc).
Experience of SIS (Student Information System) required
People management experience including experience in delegation and team leadership
Excellent attention to detail with a drive for complete accuracy
Ability to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team.
