Role overview Responsible for the day-to-day management of the summer school teaching team, the administration of the academic programme, and the successful delivery of all aspects of the academic programme which includes both teacher and student pathways.
Essential
MUST be degree qualified Experience of academic management of YL centres
Minimum 5 years’ English Language Teaching experience at all levels of YLs
Experience of teacher observations and teacher development
Excellent communication skills Demonstrable IT proficiency
Track record of proficiency in time management
Strong people management skills
Desirable
DELTA qualified or equivalent
Experience of YL ELT in an international context
Familiarity with EAQUALS accreditation of language schools and associatedquality assurance
Experience of curriculum and syllabus writing and development for YLs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge and understanding of up-to-date Child Protection regulations
